• Aldrin Mission to Mars
The Aldrin Mission to Mars 2015 video was produced with the collaboration of the senior capstone class in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering with Dr. James Lunguski. This video highlights the design of a cycler vehicle concept to facilitate transport between Earth and Mars.
  • Virtual ABIL
The Virtual Accessible Biomedical Immersion Laboratory (ABIL) is a simulation created for the Institute for Accessible Science with Dr. Brad Duerstock. This simulation was used to explore the use of Virtual Reality in demonstrating accessible laboratory spaces and ADA compliancy. Additional usage of this extended to work with Dr. Pamala Morris in discussing ableism and accessibility in the workplace.
  • Virtual Bridge Inspection
The Civil Engineering Bridge Inspector simulation highlights the usage of web-based training simulations for instructing potential hazards in bridge structures. Through an interactive virtual learning environment, students explore structural issues and code violations and receive exposure to techniques in assessing bridge safety.
  • Virtual Cleanroom
The Pharmacy Cleanroom project, originally started in 2009, is a virtual training simulator designed to teach pharmacy students and industry professionals on the medical compounding procedures and USP 797 code regulations for sterile processing.
  • Virtual Drug Discovery
One of the 2016 Instructional Innovation Proposal Recipients, the Drug Discovery VR project seeks to provide intuitive exploration and drug modeling through computational chemistry while creating an avenue for instruction.
  • Augmented Reality Grasshopper Dissection
CGT Senior Design project with the Envision Center and Dr. Christian Oseto to explore the use of the Microsoft Hololens for instructing grasshopper dissection.
  • Green Space
Orbital dynamics Visualization with Dr. Kathleen Howell and a Google Cardboard game for the Indiana Black Expo.
  • Virtual Landing Gear with Hangar of the Future
Augmented Reality and Web based training simulation for maintenance of a small aircraft landing gear. In collaboration with the Purdue Aviation Technologies Hangar of the Future and professor Tim Ropp, this application takes students through the proper maintenance steps and techniques in a safe and controlled environment.
  • Surgical Telementoring through Augmented Reality Video
